Questions
How much does a standing set cost?
Sets start at $60 an hour on a 12-hour day and are priced by crew size, the same as our Giggster and Peerspace listings. Online bookings have a 4-hour minimum, and whole-studio buyouts are available. Book two sets in one building and the second is half price.
Where are the studios?
Three buildings in Los Angeles: Studio 1 (Inclusionary) at 1419 W 24th St (90007), Studio 2 (DogTown) at 1401 N Main St (90012), Studio 3 (Vertical World) at 204 W Ann St (90012). All are inside the 30-mile studio zone.
How far is it from Hollywood?
Studios 2 and 3 in Chinatown are about 15 minutes from Hollywood without traffic, and Studio 1 in West Adams by USC about 25.
Is Inclusionary Film Studios the same place?
Yes. Inclusionary Film Studios became Hollywoodland Film Studios in August 2026: same owner, same studios, same sets. DogTown Film Studios and Vertical World Studios are now Studio 2 and Studio 3.
Can I see a set before I book?
Yes. Book a free scout on the home page and walk the sets first.
